Natasha Toropova is a distinguished global health expert with more than 20 years of international experience spanning roles at the World Health Organization, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, and the National Democratic Institute. Currently, she serves as the Chief Development Officer at Global Action to End Smoking and specializes in harm reduction, tobacco control, and NCD prevention.
A former CEO of Ukraine Focus and Healthy Initiatives, Nataliia has led multi-dimensional programs across Eastern Europe and Central Asia. She holds a Master’s in Political Science and earned the CTFK International Advocate Award. Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, she is a recognized leader in legislative analysis and advocacy training.
