Teri Teri Miller Miller, MEd, RRT, CPFT, FAARC, is a current AARC Board Member and Chair of the Department of Respiratory Therapy and Health Sciences at Middle Georgia State University. She has been an RRT for more than 35 years, with experience in adult, pediatric, and neonatal critical care and transport.
