Brie Soldano, MBA, RRT, RRT-NPS, is a Respiratory Therapy Cardiac ICU Clinical Lead at Nemours Children’s Health in Wilmington, Delaware. She specializes in neonatal and pediatric critical care and has extensive experience in high‑acuity respiratory management, clinical leadership, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
With prior roles as a Respiratory Care Practitioner and Risk Management Specialist at The Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, Brie brings a strong focus on patient safety, quality improvement, and operational efficiency. She holds an MBA from Maryville University and is passionate about developing respiratory therapists and advancing evidence‑based care.
Lisa Fuchs
Lisa Fuchs, EdD, MHA, RRT, CHWC, FAARC, FNAP, is the AARC Director of Education and Content and is an accomplished academic leader with more than 15 years of experience advancing health sciences education and accreditation excellence. Most recently, Lisa served as the Founding Program Director of the Master of Respiratory Care at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where she developed both entry-to-practice and degree-completion pathways in collaboration with an Advisory Board. She holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Healthcare, a Master of Healthcare Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management. A Fellow of the American Association for Respiratory Care (FAARC), she is a nationally recognized advocate for inclusive excellence, health equity, and community-engaged education.
